Submission Guidelines

The LifeFM Event Calendar is a FREE public service intended to assist Christian ministries and not-for-profit organizations in promoting their events in the community we serve. Please observe the following:

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • The event(s) should be ministry focused.

  • The event(s) should be free or have a legitimate fundraising purpose.

  • The event(s) must be located within the listening range of a LifeFM station.

  • The LifeFM reserves the right to edit and approve any submitted content. Incomplete entries will not be considered.

  • Please provide as many details as possible, including website, event location & time, plus a contact name/phone number.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES

  • An event submission of two-weeks in advance is required.

  • Typically, events will be posted to the Event Calendar within 3-5 business days, pending submission review and approval.

  • Due to limited space, events that are scheduled more than six weeks later from time of submission, will not be posted until a future time.

ON-AIR ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Only events that are submitted at least three weeks prior to the event will be considered.

  • We cannot guarantee that your event will be announced, due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts and time constraints that may arise.

  • If your organization would prefer a series of scheduled, promotional announcements, please contact our Sales Department for spot/package rates - 877-700-8047

CORRECTIONS

  • Should there be a correction or revision needed for your submission, please contact info@thelifefm.com

  • We will try our best to accommodate your revision request in a timely fashion. Please keep in mind that this is a free service for those in our surrounding community who listen and support The LifeFM.

The Inspirations will be in concert, Saturday, May 6th at 6PM at Truth Missionary Baptist Church. No Ticket is required, a suggested $10 per person love offering will be received.
